1. Acceptance of risk
Horseback riding involves inherent risks including falls, equipment failure, and unpredictable animal behaviour. By booking a session, you voluntarily assume these risks on behalf of yourself and any minors under your care.
2. Safety compliance
All riders must wear the helmet and body protector provided on-site. Instructors' directions must be followed at all times. Failure to comply may end your session without refund.
3. Medical disclosure
You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, pregnancy, or recent injuries through the Safety & medical section of your profile before booking. Withholding material information voids this agreement.
4. Bookings, cancellations, refunds
Cancellations more than 4 hours before the session start time are eligible for refund or reschedule. Within 4 hours, the session is forfeited. Approved package members will have one session deducted.
5. Photography & content
By riding with us you consent to being photographed for the school's gallery and marketing. To opt out, email info@legacyhorseridingschool.in before your session.
6. Data & privacy
Rider weight is encrypted at rest and only visible to senior instructors. Booking and contact data is processed in line with applicable privacy law. You can request account deletion at any time from your Profile's Account tab.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy Horse Riding School is not liable for personal injury or property damage arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence.
